What we know about you when you use Always Las Vegas, and what we do with it. This version: October 17, 2026.
What do you collect?
What you post (a tip, a rating, a vote) is saved. We use a one-way code derived from your IP address to stop double voting; the address itself isn’t kept.
In particular:
- Tips and questions you choose to send, with the optional name and place you give.
- Votes and ratings, tied to a one-way scrambled version of your IP address so each visitor votes once.
Standard server logs (time, IP address, page and browser) are kept by our host for security.
We keep simple counts, such as how often a link is clicked, with no personal details attached.
What stays on my device?
Calculators and forms may save your last entries in your browser’s local storage so you don’t have to start over. It never reaches us.
Do you use cookies?
We don’t set tracking cookies of our own, and there is nothing to sign up for to read the site.
If we turn on analytics or ads, those providers can place cookies to count visits. You can refuse or clear cookies in your browser.
Do you sell or share my data?
Your details are not for sale, to anyone. Your information stays with us and the companies that host the site or send our email, unless a law requires us to hand it over.
How do I get my data deleted?
Email privacy@alwayslasvegas.com to ask what we hold about you or to have it deleted.
Anything else?
Children under 13 should not send us personal information, and we don’t knowingly keep any. We’ll post any changes to this policy right here.
